Center Enamel already become enameling expert after 30 years enameling products' production, and we successfully made innovative development of anti-microbial enameling technology, which has excellent performance with mold resistance and can suppresses most kinds of composite molds like Aspergillus niger (AS3.4463), Aspergillus ( AS3.3935), Penicillium (AS3.4253), Penicillium funiculosum (AS3.3875), ureobasidium pullulans (AS3.3984), Chaetomium globosum (AS3.4254). This anti-microbial enameling technology applied with Glass-Fused-to-Steel Tank conforms to the standard of JC/T897-2002.
Due to its modular structure engineering, Glass-Fused-to-Steel drinking water tank can be designed with various diameter/height configurations according to different project's requirements. This allows us to meet with various expectations of tank dimension from plant owners and contractors. The minimum tank we can provide is with a capacity of 20m³ ; the maximum capacity of a single tank could reach as large as 25,000m³ .
Center Enamel's Glass-Fused-to-Steel tanks engineering design meet or exceed AWWA D103-09 and EN/ISO28765:2011, and our GFS tank engineers make tank engineering calculation on each specific tank structure according to project local environmental conditions, such as snow load, wind speed, seismic zone etc., to make sure the tank structure's adequate security in long-term service life.
